With four sister sites in Dubai, it was only a matter of time before Brunch & Cake made the move to the capital city with an Abu Dhabi opening. Once inside you’ll notice the perfectly pastel colour scheme and lush floral touches that make this place so synonymous with social media users trying to get the perfect snap for their feeds.
While the name might lead you to believe that you’re in for a breakfast or afternoon tea, Brunch & Cake actually serves everything from morning plates through to lunch and dinner. Come in the early part of the day for eggs given a luxurious makeover in dishes such as eggs carbonara (scrambled eggs, beef bacon, mushrooms, Parmesan, and truffle butter all served in a croissant with croquettes on the side) or a shakshuka presented in a ‘pizza bowl’ with chunks of juicy lobster nestled in the sauce.
Mains later in the day include salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, flatbreads, pastas and risottos – all of which have an emphasis on pretty presentation.
