At Dinner in the Sky Dubai, you'll dine on a flying dinner table, which lifts diners high into the sky to enjoy a three course meal. You'll find Dinner in the Sky in a stunning location on the Dubai Marina, overlooking the Palm Jumeirah and Aquaventure Water Park - surely one of the most unique and exciting dining experiences in the city.
Arrive at the table and you'll be lifted 50 metres into the sky along with other guests and a number of chefs, who busy themselves preparing and serving your meal. As all the food has to be lifted into the sky with you, the menu is predictably compact. For starters, guests can choose between a burrata and tomato salad or a mixed Middle Eastern set of hummus, vine leaves, beetroot moutabal, lamb kibbeh and more. Mains include oriental braised beef in a cassoulet sauce, sea bass with Puy lentils and saffron sauce, corn-fed chicken with creamy truffle polenta, and butternut squash tortellini. For dessert, guests have a choice between a sticky chocolate fudge cake and a fruit pot pouri with berries and cream.
