Situated over two floors but connected by a dramatic staircase, the main dining room is found on the lower level and with a spacious atmosphere and sociable circular tables - all of which allow you to see the kitchen action up close.

Some of our menu highlights include Gindara no Saikyo miso yaki - miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, Tsubu-miso gake hinadori no oven yaki - a barley miso fed baby chicken, over roasted on cedar wood, along with a sushi menu that includes prime tuna, Wagyu beef and soft shell crab. Save space for dessert as there a host of options, the green tea and banana cake served with coconut ice cream and toffee sauce being our favourite. Zuma Dubai is also open for brunch every Friday from 12.30pm-4pm.
