Weslodge Saloon is a North American restaurant specialising in steaks cooked over hot flames. You can find it on the 68th floor of the world’s tallest five-star hotel where it offers incredible panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa. Similarly to its sister restaurant in Toronto, Weslodge Saloon is known for its lively atmosphere, interactive entertainment and upbeat soundtrack of old school hip hop, 80s classics, rock and signature American tunes. The restaurant welcomes family, friends and colleagues, and is perfectly suited for relaxed dinners as it is for business lunches and special occasions.
The menu includes a selection of starters, burgers, steaks, sides and sauces. Starters take inspiration from around the world, with the likes of crab cakes with tartare sauce, baja fish tacos with red cabbage, jalapeño, lime and coriander, and a chicken Caesar salad with anchovies, capers, Parmesan and baby lettuce. For mains, there is a selection of burgers and fried chicken, but its signature offering is its charcoal-grilled steaks, which are seasoned with Montreal spices and served with your choice of sauce. Cuts include wagyu tenderloin, grass-fed ribeye and NY strip steak and are all served as 300g (larger sharing cuts are also available). Pair these with sides such as mac ‘n’ cheese, grilled corn on the cob and triple cooked fries.
Weslodge pays special attention to its cocktail list, too, putting innovative twists on classic drinks. Look out for the likes of a Dark Cane & Cola or an Amaretti Sour, perfect for sipping on pre or post-dinner while gazing out over those epic views.
