Restaurant Verde at the Four Seasons Jumeriah offers indulgent food and opulent partying inspired by the beaches of Saint-Tropez.
The first Restaurant Verde outside France, this luxurious restaurant at the Four Seasons Jumeriah joining the existing venues on the Champs Elysees and in Saint-Tropez in bringing decadence and festivity.
Restaurant Verde Dubai draws inspiration from both existing sites, with influences of Paris and Saint-Tropez in the menu and the décor. The restaurant has dark, glamerous décor with an open kitchen. The bar is on a terrace with a pergola roof and the floor covered in sand, decorated with lush vegetation and waterfalls.
Restaurant Verde’s menu is inspired by authentic modern French and Mediterranean cuisine. Described as a family-style menu, with many dishes for sharing, including a burrata pizza and the braised lamb rack.
Other menu stand-outs include the Wagyu tartare, sea bream ceviche, lobster ravioli, roasted king crab with charcoal new potatoes and the beef tenderloin with truffle sauce.
This indulgence continues in the desserts with an ‘incroyable’ French toast and a crème brûlée with salted caramel sauce on offer.
The cocktail menu includes classics such as a French Martini or a White Lady, as well as some unique signature cocktails.
Open daily from 7pm to 3am, Restaurant Verde offered two sittings across the evening. The first service is from 7pm to 9.45pm and the second is from 10pm to 3am, so there are options for early birds and for late-night diners.
Restaurant Verde also hosts a number of special events throughout the week. There is a festive brunch held on Saturday afternoons, from noon to 5pm. ‘Décadence’ is a party held every Wednesday night, inspired by the parties of Saint-Tropez.
The highlight of the week at Restaurant Verde is their Saturday night event ‘Scandal from Paris’. With live music and dancers, this event is certainly one not to miss.
