Housed within the five-star luxury InterContinental Fujairah resort in Abu Dhabi, Nama Global Dining is a tempting buffet restaurant serving a range of international cuisines.
Located on the ground floor of the resort, the dining room at Nama Global Dining has all of the hallmarks of a stylish Abu Dhabi restaurant, including double height ceilings and polished marble floors, while a spacious open kitchen and cosy tub chairs wrapped in shades of lemon and raspberry are extra special touches.
The restaurant’s trump card is its open-plan design, which leads out onto a seductive outdoor patio. The alfresco dining area boasts gorgeous panoramas of the Indian Ocean, while also allowing the indoor dining space to be flooded with natural light.
Nama Global Dining is an all day affair, opening its doors at 7am each day to provide breakfast to guests. The restaurant then sees diners all the way through to lunch and dinner, before shutting up shop at 10.30pm. In the morning, guests can expect to be treated to a tempting buffet featuring an array of signature breakfast dishes from around the world. Nama’s dining room is home to several live cooking stations which add to the fun and theatre of your experience, meaning you can tuck into the likes of seafood and fried breakfast dishes, or stay away from indulgent temptations by sticking to salads and light bites.
Later in the day at lunch and dinner, you will also find a selection of globally inspired dishes available via a buffet set up. If you’d rather enjoy a sit-down meal without having to get up to fetch your dinner, you can also dine from Nama’s à la carte, which features a number of dishes with a Levantine twist.
It is worth noting that Nama Global Dining operates an ‘elegant casual’ dress code, which means no flip flops or sportswear is permitted. However, children and young families are more than welcome.
