CE LA VI boasts one of the most Instagrammable locations in the Dubai dining scene. Located on the 54th floor of Address Skyview, the outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, complete with an infinity pool and a flower-framed swing right in front of the skyscraper. The interior is contemporary with touches of Asian culture. Natural materials such as stone and wood line the space, punctuated with softer finishes.
CE LA VI Dubai offers up a decadent culinary experience. Contemporary Asian plates and international favourites are served from the masters directly to your plate. The range of options is seemingly endless, with starters spanning char siu veal ribs, grilled Spanish octopus, and ‘Okonomiyaki style’ crispy potato hash, with caviar, raw, and market options. Mains (which include sharing options) offer traditional Asian plates such as giant garlic prawns, veal chop katsu, and Korean braised short-ribs, alongside international classics like roasted Chilean sea bass and black truffle risotto made with sushi rice.
Dessert stays more on the global side, with dark chocolate fondant, pavlova, and a cheese and charcuterie board. CE LA VI also offers extensive wine and whiskey lists, as well as signature cocktails created by expert mixologists.
