About

Step into Amazonico and you're transported into the tropical countries of the Amazon. Explore a three-story immersive environment of lush greenery, huge colourful butterflies, natural materials and earthy colours before indulging in a gastronomic journey through the cultural diversity and heritage of the Amazon regions. With the choice between the vibrant lounge bar, the classic dining room, the chef's table-style sushi counter and the roof terrace with stunning views; each dining area provides a different dining purpose, all with the same overall aim - to share a menu inspired by the Amazon countries and the cuisines and cultures of the communities that inhabit them.

The restaurant provides a formal dining experience, of which guests can opt for the a la carte, business lunch or sushi menus. Combining the tropical flavours of the Amazon, the Amazonico maki roll is a vegetarian option using mango, avocado, coconut and cacao nibs to create a bright, fresh maki roll with the sharp cacao nibs to cut through the sweetness of the mango. Share your Amazonico experience with the rest of your table by selecting Amazonico bites. A cassava cheese bread, fried frog legs, crispy plantain and lamb koftas are among the variety of inventive plates that blend the different flavours of the Amazon. Bigger plates include wok fried mussels, prawns and beef chorizo; Spanish-style Octopus; Spanish and Brazilian charcoal-grilled meats; and who could forget the delicate, Japenese wagyu beef sirloin.

The impressive display does not stop there - making the most of the tropical fruits of the Amazon regions is the cremoso de mango, a mango cheesecake, banana crumble, coconut tapioca and a refreshing pear sorbet. Chocolate-lovers will not be disappointed either with the El Dorado, a chocolate mousse encased in a cacao-shell paired with mango jelly, coconut pearls and luxurious gold nuggets.

Sit back and relax on one of the lounging chairs in the bar or take in the views of the city on the rooftop terrace while sipping on tropical cocktails served with inventive designs and garnishes.
