Wavehouse Atlantis

  Wavehouse is more than just a restaurant, it is an entertainment hub situated in The Atlantis Hotel in Palm Jumeirah. Fun for all of the family, this venue hosts an ultimate bowling destination with four state of the art lanes as well as arcade games and surfing on the waverider.    It is easy to keep everyone entertained at Wavehouse all day long so it is lucky that they also serve up a delicious menu of international cuisines. Once you've worked up an appetite, head to the industrial-chic restaurant for some food and refresh yourself with a cold drink from the bar. Head out to the terrace for live tunes, swing-seats and a fantastic atmosphere for the whole family to dine in.   Start off with a selection of starters from classics like soup or bruschetta to exciting creations that are great to share with the kids such as deep fried babybels or pepperoni pizza croquettes. If you want to continue down the communal dining route, you can opt for the metre long hotdog, the Texas barbecue selection or, if you're up for a challenge, the 1kg of wings served with a range of sauces from mild to super spicy! Perhaps you might need a frozen cocktail to cool down after those or maybe even a milkshake?   Larger main courses include a selection of burgers and sandwiches as well as pizza, pasta and seafood dishes. For the sustainably conscious diners there is a whole section dedicated to dishes that support The Atlantis Atlas Project which supports local businesses, farmers and fishermen.    Head to the dessert section for the perfect way to satisfy those sweet cravings. You're sure to find all the classics but with options like the dessert burger (chocolate brioche bun, cheesecake, brownie, berry sorbet and a chocolate fudge sauce) or the sundae bucket (filled with ice cream, cotton candy, lollies, brownies and white chocolate fries) who can even remember what a tiramisu is?
