Food is a tantalizing mix of French, Creole and Chinese flavours, infused to create an eclectic mix of dishes to choose from. Choose from sharing bites including Tempura Calamari, crispy duck rolls and beef cho cho. For mains there are classic dishes such as Madagascar peppercorn steak and seafood parrillada, or pick from one of the Trader Vic’s signature curries made with chicken, prawns or seasonal vegetables. A wood-fired oven also provides dishes with a unique flavour, highlights include the BBQ miso chicken, Indonesian rack of lamb and the Lulu salmon.
As well as the perfect destination for an exostic dish or two, cocktails are the restaurant’s speciality, with an array of drinks to choose from. The bar stays open until the early hours so you can carry your night on and dance the night away as you listen to Cuban rhythms and sample some excellent rums and other tropical treats.
