Start as you mean to go on, with an appetiser of wagyu carpaccio or freshly-shucked oysters before moving on to a plate of roasted bone marrow or grilled octopus. Gulf prawns pan-fried with garlic, ginger, red chilli, lemongrass and cream are a house favourite if you like spice, while creamy burrata and a selection of salads will satisfy vegetarian guests. Main courses take the form of gourmet burgers, chicken served four different ways, seafood ranging from Atlantic cod to Maine lobster thermidor, and super-aged meat. All steaks are cooked in butter and glazed with The Meat Co’s unique sauce, but you can ask your waiter for a dairy-free version or enhance your steak with a different sauce if you so choose.
