As a hotel, the in-house restaurant sees plenty of international guests however they are made to feel at home with the great range of dishes on offer. Starters include everything from a simple salad, to pulled beef rib and melted cheese over french fries or a poke bowl with cured tuna.
Signatures include the Sirocco burger, featuring the flavours of Mexico with a roasted tomato salsa, grilled corn, avocado and a mary rose sauce. The other signatures show off a North American influence through indulgent mac and cheese; stay classic with a four cheese dish or, for a real treat, try the pulled beef mac and cheese topped with smoked mozzarella and tomato.
Other mains include Asian spiced salmon, Middle-Eastern oriental grill, slow cooked lamb rogan josh, and, finishing up with a taste of Italy: a selection of pasta and pizza.
If you can be tempted by dessert, a flourless chocolate brownie is paired with caramelised apple and walnuts and a classic crumble comes drizzled with caramel sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. However, if you're looking for something lighter, the restaurant also offers freshly sliced fruits and a selection of sorbets.
