Patrons can also customise their steak with black truffles, foie gras or lobster tails for a real surf and turf style feast; and there are superb sides to go with too, from honey glazed root vegetables to duck fat potatoes and charred broccolini. If you’ve got room, do try the pan seared diver scallops wrapped in beef pancetta or the seared soulard rosti, an indulgent take on confit duck and potato rosti.
Punters can also treat themselves to an indulgent weekend brunch at Prime 68 replete with 24 karat foie gras lollipops, oysters and caviar, and endless martinis. For a more a party atmosphere, there’s also an after-party, headed by a DJ.
