For early risers the restaurant opens its doors at 6am with a nourishing breakfast menu designed to feed the mind, body and soul. Later on, lunch service opens with a reinvented buffet style experience which enables diners to choose their dishes on sight and served directly from the chefs themselves. From the a la carte starters comprise a light and fresh selection of salads and Mezzeh platters. Wholesome mains include a Bakmi Goreng – an Indonesian dish of stir-fried egg noodles with beef shrimps and vegetables – and pan-roasted beef tenderloin with mushroom ragout and mashed potato. For something lighter guests a selection of soups are on offer including a traditional lentil soup with toasted Arabic chips.
Sweet-toothed diners won’t be disappointed by the array of desserts on offer. Highlights from the Final Flvours menu include Umm Ali – a warmed bread pudding with pistachio and toasted almonds – and the Rockslide Brownie served with hot chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
