The menu boasts myriad flavours of the sea, all freshly caught and expertly prepared by the chefs in the kitchen. The atmosphere is calming and the interior is sophisticated and minimalist, to allow the seafood and views take centre stage. The entire restaurant is surrounded by panoramic views with its floor to ceiling bay windows bringing in plenty of Middle Eastern sun and horizons of brilliant blue. The whole experience is other-worldly as you let Finz immerse you in their corner of luxury and good food.
Finz leans in a Mediterranean cuisine, with their quality ingredients and techniques, but is also inspired by North African flavourings and vibrancy. On the menu you will find a whole host of stunning ingredients of lobter, crab, caviar, sea bass, and plenty more.
Punters can start off the feasting with a round of small plates featuring the likes of pan seared sea scallops dressed in brown butter crumbs, apple, and celeriac or ceviches of yellow fin tuna. For mains patrons can choose from giant stands of fresh seafood served on ice or pick the fish of the day. The whole sea bass baked in salt is a highlight of the menu, and is well-executed – it’s great for sharing between two.
The market fresh oysters are not to be missed either, hand shucked and served with classic sauces. For drinks there are plenty of cool cocktails to choose from whether you’re in the mood for Tiffin Punch – gin, prosecco, lychee, grapefruit, and ginger – or a Yuzu Sour, for a Japanese lilt with whisky and yuzu.
