As part of the Pearl Rotana capital centre resort and hotel in Abu Dhabi, Dino’s Bistro serves up classic Italian dishes using the finest ingredients from all over the world.
Being one of the five restaurants apart of this hotel, the menu features traditional pizza and pasta dishes including the likes of a frutti di mare pizza with a selection of seafood, classic pepperoni with spicy beef salami and mozzarella, or if you have controversial pizza tastes, the Tropicale features chicken, pineapple and turkey bacon.
Pasta dishes include carbonara, lasgne and fettuccine alla Bolognese using authentic Italian egg pasta. Other classics included on the menu are a selection of beef and veal steaks and chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti.
Decorated to look like an Italian bistro with a modern twist (as is so common in Abu Dhabi), gingham table cloths, an Italian flag colour scheme and framed photos, are mixed with sleek wood panelling, luxurious seating and stylish patterned wallpaper.
From the drinks menu a huge selection of wine and cocktails are available to accompany your meal. Go for an authentic Italian drink like a white Negroni or Aperol Spritz. Dino’s House Martini with vodka, strawberry, basil and Cointreau is also worth a try if you like your cocktails on the sweeter side.
