Not only does this glamorous poolside restaurant and lounge offer expansive views of Burj Khalifa, it also serves up an alluring menu of international dishes and exotic beverages.
By day, the venue features plush cabanas and lounge beds in which guests can soak up the sun and unwind while enjoying tasty dishes and impressive views of the world’s tallest tower. Once the sun sets, Cabana becomes the place to be for a delicious themed dinner and cool DJ set, and those all-important night-time shots of Burj Khalifa.
The menus here are vast and eclectic, meaning you’re bound to find something to take your fancy. The lunch menu features a range of healthy salads, including Fattoush, Caesar, and Mediterranean, and soups for those after something a little lighter, along with heartier main dishes such as pizza and pasta. There are also a range of sandwiches and burgers, all of which come with a choice of oven roasted potatoes or mixed greens, and a range of main courses that focus on local favourites.
The dinner menu features a selection of hot and cold mezzeh, such as baba ghanouj, moussaka, falafel, hummus, and cheese sambousek, which can be mixed and matched as starter or main dishes. Then there are a selection of starters and salads, such as a grilled halloumi salad, squid Provençal, and koft arayes, followed by grilled meats and seafood. Whether you’re in the mood for corn-fed baby chicken, USDA-certified premium Black Angus beef or Omani lobster, you won’t be disappointed. Most of the lunchtime dishes are available at dinner time too, along with a selection of tempting desserts including crème brûlée, praline panna cotta and passion fruit cheesecake.
There are also themed nights, including a sizzling seafood and barbecue night on Thursdays and Friday brunch.
