About

Housed within Taj Dubai, Bombay Brasserie is the luxury hotel’s flagship restaurant, serving an eclectic blend of classic and contemporary Indian cuisine. Boasting dramatic interiors, a live open kitchen and a botanical bar concept, this upmarket Indian restaurant offers a unique dining experience that’s designed to leave a lasting impression on the guest.

Get up close and personal to the experienced chefs at work with a counter seat overlooking the open kitchen. Comfortable orange stools offering views into the kitchen allow food-curious diners to see the dishes prepared in front of them, while providing an extra level of culinary theatre. There is also ample seating throughout the main restaurant which allows guests to dine in comfort and luxury, from soft sofas laden with colourful cushions to roomy armchairs.

Further adding to the sensory experience are the vibrant interiors, which includes dramatic mural art of busy Indian scenes across the walls. While dimmed lighting offers a cosy and sophisticated vibe perfect for elegant dinners.

The menu features a combination of a la carte, set and tasting menus. If you prefer to let someone else do the choosing for you, then the latter two options are a great way to experience Bombay Brasserie’s best dishes, and are available as veg or non-veg options. Otherwise, you can choose from a selection of classic and modern starters, mains and sides. Examples include Papdi Chat which sees multigrain crisps served with purple potatoes and pomegranate, tandoori seabass, paneer with pickled onions, slow-braised lamb shanks, as well as biryanis, breads and sides.

Don't forget to save room for one of its Indian-inspired desserts. Choose from the likes of orange-infused quinoa, sweet saffron rice or coconut pudding with mango sorbet.
